Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Please note: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur standard shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery date provided during checkout is for reference only and is not guaranteed.

TitanFidget does not refund shipping fees if a package arrives later than the estimated delivery date.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

We ship from multiple distribution centers, so your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and shipping schedule.
Weekend and Holiday Delivery
TitanFidget does not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders are handled Monday through Friday only.
Express Shipping
Expedited shipping options (e.g., 7–10 business days) are available during checkout.
Please note:

Express orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST to ship the same day.

Once an express order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to addresses within California are subject to applicable state sales tax.
Shipping Insurance
TitanFidget is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.
To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout, especially for fragile or high-value items.
Special Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, please provide them at checkout.
